Terms of Trade
Animalstock company is a holder of all licences and documents that allow us to purchase and sell live animals. Sale is regulated by the following rules:
All animals are sold with necessary documents, i.e. as a minimum: Invoice or CITES Registration or exemption from the prohibition of sale (for those species where it is required by applicable law).
- Sale of animals from children or persons under 18 years is subject to consent of parents.
- Order of animals is binding, unless otherwise agreed individually.
- Live animals are sent abroad by organized truck or air transport.
- Warranty for animals varies by individual species and conditions of delivery.
- Our company purchases only healthy animals under the supervision of veterinarian.
- All animal species indiscriminately pass quarantine and health inspection.
